We wanted the youth worker to feel seen, understood, and inspired in their work.

The heart of the campaign was to single out and celebrate the often unseen or small moments that accompany youth work.

And to emphasize that the work youth leaders do is hard, but it’s always worth it.

We outlined a story for a brochure, social media, and other marketing materials to help bring forward the vision that youth work is worth it.

We also created a video campaign—the goal of this was to feel cinematic and rich in story, through footage that shows both the hard work and the payoff that makes youth work worth it.

This theme and tone was carried through the rest of the marketing materials for this campaign, inviting the youth worker to feel seen and understood.
